ANYTHING ELSE INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Daily, Flexi Hourly, Flexi Daily and Monthly rates include a 1 Hour meeting room (Excluding Boardroom) booking per day at no additional charge, thereafter additional charges will apply at the standard rate.

IS COPYING, PRINTING AND SCAN TO EMAIL INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Hourly, Daily and Flexi rate customers: Printing and copying is capped at 10 x B&W and 5 x colour per day. Monthly rate customers: Printing and copying is capped at 100 x B&W and 50 x Colour per month. Thereafter standard rates apply @R2 for B&W and R4 for Colour per side.

ARE RATES VAT INCLUSIVE AND ELIGIBLE FOR REMITTANCE

Yes, all our rates include VAT and eligible for VAT remittance. Please ensure we have your company VAT number and correct business address on the system.

CAN RATES BE SHARED WITH ANOTHER PERSON?

Only for seat configurations of 2 or more Pax and with the same invoice details.

ARE RATES PER PERSON OR PER SEAT CONFIGURATION?

Per seat configuration.

IS DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

50% Deposit is applicable if you want to secure a specific space more than 1 month in advance. The remaining 50% is payable before the booking date.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE CLIENTS IN FOR MEETINGS?

You can absolutely bring clients in for a meeting, free of charge if you have seat configuration for more than 1Pax, alternatively you need to book a meeting room which will be charged accordingly.

ARE VISITORS ALLOWED?

No visitors allowed at workspaces, but you are most welcome to share a Cuppa at our outdoor break area.

ARE PRICES FIXED?

Yes, prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

You are most welcome to do price comparison,  if you do, please ensure you take the following into consideration:

  • Are all operational (CAPEX and OPEX) costs included in the rate?
  • Location?
  • Are rates VAT inclusive?
  • Free parking?
  • Are hot beverages, filtered water, and light snacks included?
  • Do they offer member incentives or a loyalty program?
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF FLEXI HOURLY RATE?
  • Ideal for loadshedding purposes and visiting digital nomads.
  • Huge cost saving vs. 40 Hours standard rate.
  • Only expires once 40 hours is reached.
  • You have the option to renew or not.

The Flexi Daily Meeting Hive / Consultation Booth rate was especially designed for this purpose.

WHICH SPACE WILL YOU RECOMMEND FOR LOUD ONLINE TRAINING?

Meeting Hive / Consultation Booth / Boardroom are all enclosed meeting areas. The Boardroom being the most “Soundproof” room available.

WHAT SHOULD THE NOISE LEVEL BE IN A COWORKING SPACE?

We always say “Work in silence, let your success make the noise”.

Therefore the noise level in a coworking space should be at “Library” level, hence the reason you and other coworkers do not choose to work in a coffeeshop.

No loud ring tones or virtual meetings allowed in workspaces. We do have meeting rooms or an outdoor break area available for these kind of calls.

If you are very sensitive to sound, we recommend to wear a “block out headset” as an extra precaution.
